Welcome. Biofruit is a cooperative group of six organic fruit-growers from The Netherlands. The cooperation dates from 1998 and was started in order to improve organic apple and pear supply to supermarkets. Nowadays Biofruit has developed into a well-known supplier of Dutch organic fruit to wholesalers, exporters and supermarkets. Present at several Dutch supermarkets, the largest being Albert Heijn, receive their organic apples from Biofruit. The fruit is sorted in a central place at Van den Elzen. The sorting machine meets all modern requirements like the hygiene code.  |
